One-on-One Fitness Training
Your program starts with a thorough Health & Fitness Assessment. The assessment consist of a written health history review, body fat analysis, sub-maximal VO2 test, body measurements, postural analysis and a muscle/joint evaluation. Based on this information, your trainer will help you establish goals and design and implement an individualized program to achieve them. Your trainer will work with you on a one-on-one basis and act as your coach-partner-motivator. Together with your trainer you will improve agility, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility.
Complete Orthopedic, Neurologic and Chiropractic Exam
We will examine all of the muscles and joints in your body in order to identify any potential injury risks as you begin your exercise program at The Fitness Zone. This exam is part of the Assessment and is at no additional charge.
Weight Management
Conventional weight-loss programs experience a 98% failure rate. Losing weight is much more than counting calories. This program teaches you how to lose weight and keep it off. Proper nutrition, productive exercise and positive motivation is the only valid technique to achieve long-term weight management. Your trainer will design a program that incorporates strength training and cardiovascular conditioning to optimize caloric expenditure and increase your metabolism.

Grab a buddy and share your session, save 40%. Perfect for those who want the personal attention of their own trainer and the additional motivation from a training partner.
30 Minute Express Workouts
Perfect for those who just want a quick yet effective session with a trainer but can’t commit to a full hour.
Pilates
Advanced technology combines with early 20th century techniques to create a total body workout. This training involves strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury or building bulk. This technique focuses on core stability, neutral alignment and patterned breathing. The result: a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease.
Small Group Resistance Classes
Classes consists of 3 to 6 people. Our classes accommodate a wide range of fitness levels with the goal of improving muscular strength and endurance. This class is designed to be fun, effective and motivating. This program is a low-cost alternative to personal training
Mature Adult Fitness
One-on-one programming specializing in mature adult fitness. This program addresses physical and functional limitations which need special attention. This training will improve your functional capacity to gain and retain your independence and quality of life.
Golf Conditioning
Take strokes off your golf game. This patented Swing Reaction System involves biomechanical golf specific exercises. Golf Magazine gave this system a 4-star rating, recognizing that this program is”…..unlike any golf exercise program….” that they have ever seen (May, 1997). Golf injuries are another set back for most golfers. Injury prevention should be the first line of defense, however, most people wait until they are injured before they do anything about it. This system addresses those issues and helps keep golfers playing injury and pain free.
